1) I encounter I/O error when i connect my PMP to the computer via USB
1st solution:
a. Make sure PMP is switched off before connection by USB.
b. Connect the USB cable to the computer first.
c. Connect the other end of the USB cable to the PMP.
d. Switch on the player and wait till the removable drive appears.
2nd Solution:
a. Reformat the inner drive of PMP. All other steps need not follow subsequently.
2) What is the warranty period for the products?
All our products come with a 1 year direct manufacturer warranty.

3) How does the 1-year warranty works?
If your set is spolit within 1 year, just send the set back to Ramos with the address stated in the Warranty card. You will have to bear the one-time shipping charge.
4) How does the On-The-Go (OTG) function works?
Just connect the OTG cable so that it becomes a USB host for you to connect your printers, portable harddisks or thumbdrive via USB.
5) How do i connect my TV to the PMP for video-out?
A RCA cable is provided. Just connect the RCA cable to your TV via Red, White and Yellow, and the other end to your PMP headphone jack.
6) Do i get any discount if i order in bulk?
Yes. More sets will be entitled to more discounts. We also offer wholesale and mass ordering services.
7) If i make an order now, how long will it take for me to receive my
set?
We will pre-order for you if there are no ready stocks. It will take 2-3 weeks time. A deposit is required.
8) What types of payment is available?
For pre-order, you can pay us via POSB savings account.

9) Do you ship to other countries?
Yes. We do provide shipment to other countries. Shipping charges will be bear by the buyer.
